The story meticulously and explicitly describes a decadent society driven by envy, racism, and anxieties about the future in all their various forms. Having hit rock bottom and living on the streets, he experiences a rebirth of himself, accompanied by the music he DJs.
the Book originally written by the incredible Virginie Despentes, had us hooked on it on our tour bus, and that's why I thought I'd dedicate a patch to Vernon Subutex.
